2 dwellings building at Salitre 37

A building comprising 12 rental apartments is planned between party walls, aligning with two parallel streets. The structure features ground floor plus 6 levels facing Salitre Street and ground floor plus 4 levels facing San Andrés Street.

The project includes 6 two-bedroom apartments and 6 one-bedroom apartments arranged around two interior courtyards, ensuring that all rooms, whether bedrooms or kitchens, open to the exterior. This design facilitates cross-ventilation, combined with aerothermal systems and the construction of enclosures, resulting in excellent energy performance for the building.

The facade is conceived with a symmetrical pattern of openings, each framed by a chamfered jamb that acts as small terraces facing the street.
